摘 要:设计了一种具有低压降、大通量和高传质效率特点的立体复合塔板(FTCT),以空气-水-氧气为实验介质,在直径500 mm,板间距450 mm的有机玻璃塔中进行冷模实验。对3种开孔形态不同的FTCT塔板进行流体力学和传质效率的测试,测定了不同气液负荷下的板压降、板上液层高度、漏液、雾沫夹带和传质效率,回归得到了FTCT塔板的干板压降经验公式。实验结果表明:板孔动能因子在7~19(m/s)·(kg/m3)0.5范围内干板压降比开孔率相同的New VST塔板低10%~20%;3种FTCT的漏液、雾沫夹带和塔板传质效率都有相似的规律,但正向梯形开孔TH1型FTCT的流体力学性能和传质效率要明显好于另外两种。A new flow-guided trapezoid jet combined tray (FTCT) with lower pressure drop, higher flux and efficiency has been designed and tested in a Ф500 mm plexiglass column using cold-flow model experiments in an air- water-oxygen system. Three trays with different hole shapes were studied. Hydromechanical parameters such as tray pressure drop, clear liquid height, weeping and entrainment and tray efficiency were measured for different gas and liquid loads. Regression models of the dry plate pressure drops were obtained for the different trays. According to the results, the dry plate pressure drop of the experimental tray was lower than that of New VST with the same hole area ratio with F0 in the range 7 - 19 (m/s) · (kg/m^3) 0.5. The three trays with different hole shapes show similar variations in weeping, entrainment and tray efficiency. The hydromechanical and tray efficiency of the TH1 tray were significantly better than the corresponding parameters for TH2 and RH.
