内科危重患者护理中存在的安全隐患与管理对策分析

摘　　要：近年来,随着人们生活方式的改变,新型农村合作医疗与城镇医保不断普及完善,综合内科住院患者数量不断增加,临床护理工作量骤增,护理人员工作压力加大,日常工作负荷重,容易忽略护理过程中的安全隐患,一旦发生意外,将给患者及家属带来极大的痛苦,给护理人员与医院造成损失。本文从护理人员、患者及管理等角度分析综合内科危重患者临床护理过程中存在的安全隐患,并提出相应护理管理对策,以期提高护理质量,保证医疗安全。In recent years, with the change of peopleJs lifestyles and the perfection of new rural cooperative medical care and urban medical insurance, the number of inpatients in general internal medicine department steadily increased and thus the workload of clinical nursing and the working pressure of nurses increased as well. Therefore, it is easy to ignore safety hazard during nursing care process. Once an accident occurs, it will bring great pain to the patients and their families, and cause losses to the nursing staff and the hospital. This paper analyzed the safety hazard in the clinical nursing process of critically ill patients in general internal medicine from the perspectives of nursing staff, patients and management, and proposed nursing management strategy, in order to improve the quality of care and ensure medical safety.
