基于移动护理终端构建安全用药系统的应用研究

摘　　要：目的利用护士移动手持终端构建安全用药屏障来保障患者用药安全。方法在护士移动手持终端构建药品使用的限制、警示、提示、查询等功能,使护士正确执行药物医嘱。结果安全用药屏障的建立使药物现配现用、输注时间合理、药物滴速控制、避光输注、双人核查等合理用药次数得到了显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用护士移动手持终端构建安全用药屏障可以降低用药的潜在不安全风险因素,提高了用药安全性,提升了护士、医生、患者三方满意度。Objective Using the mobile terminal of nurses to construct the medication safety barrier to ensure the safety of patients. Methods Functions including drug restrictions, warnings, tips, and inquiries were built into the nurse mobile hand-held terminals, to help nurses correctly implement the medical advices. Results The establishment of medication safety barrier improved the rational drug use times including drug ready for use, the infusion time rationality, drug drip rate control, dark light infusion, and double check, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The medication safety barrier based on nurse mobile hand-held terminals can reduce the potential unsafe risk factors for medication, improve drug safety, and improve satisfaction of nurses, doctors, patients.
