摘　　要：作为一项支撑国家医改以及医学人才培养的基础性制度,住院医师规范化培训现已在国内全面推行,军队医疗机构在住培有关制度实施过程中,大的方向既要按照国家及驻地省市相关规章制度执行,又因军队编制体制以及人力资源管理的特殊性,在政策执行层面上与地方医疗机构有很多区别。本文结合实际工作经验,对军队医疗机构如何更好地开展住院医师规范化培训,以及相应的制度设计进行了初步探索。As a basic system supporting the national medical reform and medical personnel training, standardized training of residents has been implemented nationwide. In the implementation of the system of residents training, the military medical organizations generally have to carry out polices in accordance with regulation of the national and resident provinces, but they are different from the local medical organizations in policy implementation because of the military system and the specificity of human resource management. Considering practical work experience, this paper explained how to better carry out standardized training of residents in the military medical organizations, and made a preliminary exploration on the system design.
