摘  要:近年来,在新疆地区已完成多座高混凝土面板堆石坝建设,但由于特殊的气候环境,面板混凝土裂缝控制一直以来是施工的重难点。为此,对面板混凝土裂缝的原因进行了简要分析,施工中通过优化混凝土配合比设计、保持坝址区左右岸地形平顺、采取高设计填筑标准、合理坝体填筑分期、加强填筑质量控制、减少挤压边墙影响、控制滑模上升速度、混凝土浇筑完成后及时养护等各方面细节控制,更好地控制面板混凝土质量,从而减少面板混凝土出现裂缝的可能。In recent years, a number of high concrete face rockfill dams (CFRDs) have been constructed in Xinjiang. Due to the special climate and environment, the control of concrete slab cracking is always a major difficulty in construction. The causes of concrete slab cracking are briefly analyzed. The control measures including optimizing concrete mix proportion design, keeping the symmetry and balance of topography of left and right banks in dam site, adopting high filling design standard, determining dam filling staging reasonably, reducing the impact of extrusion concrete side wall, controlling sliding formwork rise speed and curing concrete timely after pouring are proposed in dam construction, which can better control the quality of concrete slabs and then reduce the possibility of concrete slab cracking.
