摘 要:毛尔盖水电站砾石土心墙堆石坝设计堆石料来源于西尔料场和双溜索料场两个料场,由于开采过程中料场地质条件发生变化,导致料源质量控制难度加大;建设期间为满足大坝提前下闸蓄水要求,导致石料场料源开采强度增大。为此,施工过程中通过加强料源动态多源化及开采规划,把内外因带来的质与量的变化通过料源时间与空间的动态调整予以合理科学解决。料源规划及开采调整后,有用料数量得到很大提高,保证了工程进度及安全性。The rockfill material for the construction of gravel soil core rockfill dam in Maoergai Hydropower Station is designed to be excavated from Xier Quarry and Shuangliaosuo Quarry. Due to the change of geological conditions in quarry excavation, the quality of rockfill material is difficult to control, and as for meeting the requirement of ahead-of-time reservoir water storage, the excavation intensity of rockfill material is also increased. For meeting the requirement of dam filling on rockfill material, other rockfill material quarries are planned and the excavation process is reasonable programmed. After the adjustments of quarry planning and excavation process, the amount of useful rockfill material is greatly increased and the construction progress and safety are ensured.
