国产和日本CPVC树脂的热稳定性对比

摘  要:通过流变试验、刚果红试验、平板硫化试验考察了国产和日本CPVC树脂的动态和静态热稳定性。结果表明:在氯含量和K值基本一致的前提下,日本挤出型CPVC树脂的热稳定性优于国产CPVC树脂,而国产注塑型CPVC树脂的热稳定性要优于日本CPVC树脂,但差距都不是很大。此外,国产CPVC树脂的塑化能耗大大低于日本CPVC树脂,其在实际加工中更加节能,有利于降低生产成本。The dynamic and static thermal stabilities of CPVC resins produced in China and Japan were investigated by rheology test, Congo red test and flat vulcanization test. The results showed that under the premise that the chlorine content and the K value were basically the same, the thermal stability of extrusion type CPVC resins produced in Japan was better than that of CPVC resins produced in China. The thermal stability of injection type CPVC resins produced in China was better than that of CPVC resins produced in Japan, but the gap was not great. In addition, the plasticizing energy consumption of CPVC resins produced in China was much lower than that of CPVC resins produced in Japan. In actual processing, the CPVC resins produced in China were more energy saving, which were beneficial to reduce the production cost.
