摘 要:以燃气轮机压气机叶片Rotor37的叶片为研究对象,分析了叶片顶部间隙的不确定性对叶片性能的影响。基于MonteCarlo方法中伪随机数的产生方法、正态分布变量产生方法以及均匀抽样方法,采用C++语言完成了MonteCarlo方法的编程并进行验证。采用该程序抽取了满足正态分布的顶部间隙样本,利用商用CFD(计算流体力学)软件NUMECA计算分析顶部间隙的不确定性对叶片绝热效率的影响。结果表明:在该样本条件下,计算得出的叶片绝热效率基本满足正态分布且叶片绝热效率随着前缘间隙的增大而降低。With the gas turbine compressor blade in the software Rotor 37 serving as the object of study, analyzed was the influence of the uncertainty of blade tip clearances on the blade performance. Based on the method for generating the pseudo-random numbers in the Monte Carlo-method-based simulation calculation, the method for generating the variables of normal distribution and the uniform sampling method, C + + language was used to prepare a program for conduct the Monte-Carlo-method-based simulation calcu- lation and a verification was performed. The program was employed to pick out the samples of blade tip clearances conforming with the normal distribution and the commercial CFD software NUMECA was adopted to calculate and analyze the influence of the uncertainty of the blade tip clearances on the adiabatiic blade efficiency. It has been found that under the condition of the foregoing samples, the adiabatic blade efficiencies thus calculated will basically conform to a normal distribution and will decrease with an increase of the clearance at the leading edge.
