摘 要:为解决煤泥大多被废弃和焚烧带来的资源浪费和环境污染等问题,提出并设计一种以煤泥为燃料的循环流化床锅炉,主要介绍了煤泥作为燃料的预处理及给料输送方式,并对这种煤泥循环流化床锅炉的炉型设计、燃料设计、受热面设计进行阐述。以1台20t/h新建煤泥循环流化床锅炉运行为例,介绍了锅炉点火过程及运行情况,从运行情况可知,下料层温度及风箱压力是需要观察控制的主要参数,运行时宜控制下料层温度在950℃以下,风箱压力控制在8500Pa左右。同时,该型流化床锅炉可以很好的适应纯煤泥燃料燃烧,锅炉运行稳定,当锅炉负荷大于70%时,锅炉燃烧效率可达85%,且烟气污染物排放满足国家环保排放要求,实现了煤泥的资源化利用。To solve the problems of resources wasted and environmental pollution etc. resulted from a majority of coal slime abandoned and then incinerated, proposed and designed was a CFB boiler with coal slime serving as the fuel. The pretreatment and transmission mode of the fuel fed with coal slime serving as the fuel were mainly described and the furnace type design, fuel design and beating surface design of the boiler were also expounded. With the operation of a 20 t/b newly-built coal slime-fired CFB boiler serving as an example, the ignition and operation process of the boiler were introduced. It has been known from the operation that the lower bed temperature and the pressure in the air box are the main parameters needed to be observed and controlled and it is proper to control the lower bed temperature to be lower than 950℃ and the pressure in the air box to be around 8500 Pa. In the meantime, this type CFB boiler can very well adaptitself to the combustion of pure coal slime and operate stably. When the boiler operates at a load greater than 70% of its rated one ,its combustion efficiency can reach 85% and the pollutant emissions from the flue gases can meet the requirements for environmental protection and emissions stipulated by the state, thus realizing the utilization of coal slime as a resource.
