摘 要:在CO_2管输过程中,为了保障管道的安全运行,需要准确预测其节流特性,以防节流后管道发生冻堵。从分子角度分析了不同相态CO_2节流效应机理,利用多元非线性回归方法提出管输CO_2焦耳-汤姆逊系数计算方法。该计算方法包括3种相态的管输CO_2焦耳-汤姆逊系数计算公式,形式简单,计算速度快,具有更好的工程利用价值。使用实验数据对经验公式的准确性进行了验证,在管输工况下其平均相对误差为10.63%。该计算方法为CO_2管道设计与运行过程中的节流温降计算提供了参考。In order to ensure the safe operation of pipelines in the process of CO2 transportation, it is necessary to predict accurately its throttling characteristics so as to prevent the freezing blockage inside the pipeline after the throttling. In this paper, the throttling effects and mechanisms of CO2 at different states were analyzed from the view point of molecule. Then, a method for calculating the Joule-Thomson coefficient of pipeline CO2 was put forward by means of multivariate nonlinear regression method. In this calculation method, the formula for calculating the Joule-Thomson coefficient of pipeline CO2 at three different states is developed with the advantages of simple form and quick calculation, so it is valuable in engineering application. Finally, the accuracy of empirical formula was verified using the experimental data. It is shown that under the operation mode of pipeline transportation, the average relative error is 10.63%. This calculation method can be used as the reference for the calculation of throttling temperature drop in the process of CO2 pipeline design and operation.
