摘  要:目的为了提高胰岛组织的分离纯度、数量和活力,需要将胰岛组织放在一个相对低温的环境下分离。本研究意在为现有的细胞处理器加装一个制冷系统。方法通过水冷系统和风冷系统两种系统的研究,选择风冷系统给COBE2991细胞分离器进行降温,达到胰岛细胞分离的温度要求。结果采用制冷系统后的细胞分离器能成功分离出胰岛细胞,较之前没有加装制冷装置所得到的的胰岛细胞纯度有所提高,尤其是活力大大提升,有助于移植。结论通过实验对比验证,利用风冷系统对COBE2991细胞分离器进行降温的方法可行。Objective The separation of islet tissue separation should be performed in a relatively low temperature environment so as to improve the purity of pancreatic islet tissue, quantity, and vitality. The present study intended to install a refrigeration system for existing cell processors. Methods Through the reaearch of the water cooling system and air cooling system, the air cooling system was selected to cool the COBE2991 cell separator to meet the temperature requirement of islet cell separation selection. Results The cell separator that uploaded the refrigeration system could successfully isolate the islet cells. Compared with the traditional methods, the purity of islet cells obtained by the refrigeration device had been improved. In particular, the vitality was greatly enhanced and was helpful for transplantation. Conclusion Through the experimental comparison, it is feasible to cool the COBE2991 cell separator by air-cooling system.
