摘 要:本文主要介绍基于军卫HIS系统架构的数字化体检系统的设计与实现过程。通过对体检工作流程的梳理介绍了系统的总体架构,重点对体检系统与军卫HIS系统进行无缝集成过程中的关键问题进行了探讨。该系统通过与HIS、PACS、LIS的实时数据交换提高了体检工作的整体效率,缩短了体检病人的检查等待时间和客户获取体检报告的时间,并通过短信、微信等移动互联新技术对体检结果进行实时推送,提高了体检客户对医院服务的整体满意度。The design and realization of the digital medical examination system based on the military HIS system architecture was introduced. The overall structure of system was introduced by combing the physical examination workflow, and the key problems in the seamless integration of the physical examination system and the military HIS system were discussed. The overall efficiency of the physical examination work was improved through the real-time data exchange of HIS, PACS and LIS, which could reduce the waiting time of customers. In addition, the physical examination result was pushed to customers in real time by using the new technology of mobile communications, such as SMS, WeChat and so on, which improved the overall satisfaction of medical examination customers to hospital service.
