品管圈在设备维修管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在设备维修管理中的实际应用,以提高维修效率和维修能力,加强医工对故障设备的维修管理。方法通过成立品管圈活动小组,运用品管圈的7种手法,按照品管圈活动步骤,对设备维修管理进行持续质量改进,共同实施完成目标。结果实施品管圈活动后,设备维修服务不满意率从56.1%降到28.9%,目标达成率为101.5%。结论通过品管圈活动的开展,提高了设备的维修效率和维修人员的工作能力,设备维修服务不满意率明显降低。Objective In order to improve the maintenance efficiency and maintenance ability, and strengthen the maintenance management of medical equipment, the practical application of quality control circle （QCC） in equipment maintenance management was discussed in this study. Methods Firstly, the QCC activity group was set up, seven techniques of the quality control circle were used. and the procedure of quality control circle was followed in this study. Then, the equipment maintenance management mode was continuously improved, So, the goals were achieved together. Results After the implementation of QCC, the rate of equipment maintenance service dissatisfaction dropped from 56.1% to 28.9%, and the target rate of achievement was 101.5%. Conclusion The efficiency and capacity of equipment maintenance and maintenance personnel are improved, and the equipment maintenance service dissatisfaction rate is decreased significantly since the QCC is implemented.
