摘　　要：【目的/意义】弥补现有的核心专利识别方法的不足,使其更加完善科学。【方法/过程】本研究首先对比分析了现有核心专利识别方法的优劣,引入了专利的个体价值、网络价值及综合价值的概念,并通过专利指标体系和社会网络方法对其进行测度。研究中提出了"核心专利的综合价值是由专利的个体价值和网络价值的综合体现"的研究理论,并构建了核心专利识别模型。【结果/结论】本研究构建的核心专利识别模型综合专利指标体系和社会网络方法识别核心专利的优点,是对已有核心专利识别方法的改进和发展。[ Purpose/significance] The purpose of this paper is to make up for the deficiencies of existing core patent identification methods and make it more perfect and scientific. [Method/process ] Firstly, this research analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing core patent identification methods and introduces some concepts of patents, such as indi- vidual value, network value and comprehensive value, and measure them by the patent index system and social network method. We propose a research theory that the comprehensive value of the core patent is a comprehensive embodiment of the individual value and network value of the patent and construct the core patent identification model based on it. [Result/ conclusion] The core patent identification model integrates the advantages of patent index system and social network method which are used to identify the core patents. The model is the improvement and development of the existing core patent identification methods.
