摘 要:在银纳米线透明导电网格结构的交叉部分采用原位还原银的方法提升了银纳米线网格结构的抗破坏能力,并与硅橡胶复合制备出了透明导电的可拉伸电极膜材料,其拉伸性能较好,电阻变化率较低,在LED、太阳能电池、医用传感器、超级电容器、电磁屏蔽以及高温电池中具有广泛应用前景。A new method of cold soldering silver nanowires at the cross of networks was established in order to enhance anti-destruction capability of networks.Firstly,certain amount of silver nitrate aqueous solution were absorbed into the cross of silver nanowires networks through capillarity,and then,those chemicals reacted with hydrazine hydrate at room temperature.Finally,after cleaning with enough de-ions water,a cold soldered silver nanowires network was formed.Surface of this network was modified by dopamine aqueous solution in order to enhance adherence with silicone rubber.Lastly,a stretchable,transparent and conductive silicone film was obtained.This strategy for forming this kind of film was efficient and easy,and the silver nanowires mesh made by this method structured orderly and greatly reduced the resistance compared to the random arrangement of silver nanowires.The film had good tensile property,and the resistance change rate was relatively low.It had a wide range of applications in LED,solar cells,medical sensors,supercapacitors,electromagnetic shielding and high temperature battery.
