摘 要:采用溶液共混法制备氟橡胶包覆改性海泡石胶粒,并作为填料,利用机械共混法制备了有机改性海泡石/氟橡胶复合材料。考察不同用量的有机海泡石对复合材料的耐热空气老化性能及耐酸、碱、润滑油腐蚀的影响。结果表明:随着有机海泡石用量的增加,复合材料硬度不断增加,拉伸强度呈现先增后减的趋势;当有机海泡石用量为10份时,复合材料的拉伸强度达到11.93MPa,力学性能较好。经各种介质老化后,有机海泡石用量为10份时,复合材料的性能保持率较高。通过综合性能的对比,4种介质对试样性能的影响大小不同:高温碱(NaOH)介质>高温酸(HCl)介质>高温油介质>热空气介质。Fluorine rubber coated modified sepiolite particles which prepared by solution mixing method were used as filler,and the organic sepiolite/fluorine rubber composite was prepared by mechanical mixing method.The influences of organic sepiolite with different amount on the thermal air aging property,acid resistance,alkali resistance,lubricating oil resistance of composite were investigated.The results showed that as sepiolite content increased,the hardness of composite increased continuously and tensile strength increased at first and then decreased.When the mass fraction of sepiolite was 10,the tensile strength of composite reached 11.93 MPa,the mechanical properties were good.After a variety of media aging,the performance retention rate of fluorine rubber was good when the mass fraction of sepiolite was 10.The comparison of comprehensive properties showed that the effect of 4 kinds of medium on the sample performance was different:high temperature alkali(NaOH)high temperature acid(HCl)high temperature oilhot air.
