摘 要:以白云鄂博铁矿为研究实践对象,因其采场内矿体产状及地质构造成因的复杂性,不可避免的发生矿岩同区混合爆破情况,随之出现爆破根块率及矿石贫化率偏高的问题。总结现场爆破实践经验,分别从"爆区布孔"与"网络起爆"两方面进行技术改进并实践。实践表明,矿岩混爆出现的问题均得到改善,年减少二次爆破费用约19万元,矿石贫化率降低到1.39%,低于正常水平。This paper takes Baiyunebo iron mine as the research object,because of the complexity of the occurrence and geological structure,the mixed blasting of ore and rock occur with mixed situation,followed by the root block rate and ore dilution rate is high.This paper summarizes field blasting experience,and practices technology improvement separately from the" hole blasting area" and"the initiation network.Practice result shows that the rock mixed explosion problems is improved,blasting cost is reduced about 190 thousands,ore dilution rate is reduced to 1.39%,which is lower than normal level.
