摘　　要：技术进步是一个有较多争议的概念。解析"技术"及"进步"的概念内涵,是明确技术进步概念的基础。技术进步的表现形式有技术知识的增加、技术人工物数量和种类的增长、技术系统效能的提升。技术进步在伦理取向上应该与人类的一般价值维度相一致。技术进步是基于人类理性需要和感性需要的实践能力的增强。Technological progress is a considerably controversial concept. The elaboration of the concept of technical progress is based on the analysis of the connotations of both ＂technology＂ and ＂progress＂. Technological progress takes the form of an increase in technical knowledge, an increase in the number and variety of technical artifacts, and an improvement in the effectiveness of technical systems. The ethical orientation of technological progress should be consistent with the general value dimensions of human beings. Technological progress lies in the enhancement of practical abilities which are based on rational and perceptual needs of human beings.
