摘  要:预制叠合板中连接钢筋的黏结锚固性能是影响结构整体性能的重要指标,通过与传统混凝土结构的比较分析,发现混凝土强度是影响其锚固性能的关键。针对单面叠合和双面叠合两种形式,通过对2组包含不同混凝土强度叠合板拔出试验,动态记录了试件的加载过程,得到了连接钢筋的黏结应力-滑移曲线;结合参数分析,得到了黏结强度的变化规律,最终给出了连接钢筋锚固长度的计算式。同时根据试验参数建立了有限元模型,采用非线性弹簧单元模拟钢筋混凝土的黏结滑移性能,对比分析了不同混凝土强度下的黏结滑移规律。结合GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》的相关规定,对预制叠合板中连接钢筋锚固长度的设计取值给出了建议。The anchorage performance of connecting steel bar of prefabricated superimposed slab is an important indicator that affects the whole performance of structure,and it is found that concrete strength is a key factor affecting anchorage performance by comparing with the traditional concrete structure. In order to research the bond characteristics,the pull-out test was carried out for two groups of prefabricated supperimposed slab specimens with different concrete strengths,which including single-sided slabs and double-sided slabs. The measuring bond-slip curves of these connecting steel bars were obtained by recording the loading process dynamically. Through the parametric analysis,the change rule of bond strength was obtained,and the formula for anchorage length of connecting steel was given. The finite element models were established according to the test parameters,the nonlinear spring element was used to simulate bond-slip behavior between steel bars and concrete. The change laws of bond-slip performance with different concrete strength were compared and analyzed. Combined with the relevant provisions of the Code for Design of Concrete Structures(GB 50010—2010),the design value of anchorage length of the connecting steel bar of superimposed slab was recommended.
