江苏省健身俱乐部成长性评价模型及其应用

摘　　要：采用多指标综合评价的主成分投影法,建立了江苏省健身俱乐部成长性评价模型。评价模型包括俱乐部竞争力、俱乐部成长潜力和和环境支持力三个一级指标;下设11个二级指标以及27个三级指标。将评价模型进行了实践应用,产生了2016年江苏省健身俱乐部专项资金扶持的俱乐部名单。对影响健身俱乐部成长性评价的核心因素进行了解析,研究认为健身服务能力、运营管理能力、服务创新能力和环境支持力是影响健身俱乐部成长性评价的核心因素。研究建议:完善和延伸健身俱乐部行业的服务价值链。降低健身俱乐部的管理和销售占比;积极推进"健身私人教练"资格等级制度、认证有效期等制度建设;合理增加运动康复与治疗类课程比重;进一步丰富健身俱乐部的业态模式;积极顺应"互联网+"发展形势,赋予健身数据价值化的应用;理念更新、政策引导、标准化推动和平台建设等都是健身俱乐部行业系统性支撑的组成内容。In this paper,the principal component projection method of multi-index comprehensive evaluation was used to establish the growth evaluation model of fitness clubs of Jiang su province.The evaluation model includes three levels,that is club competitiveness,club growth potential and environmental support force.Furthermore,the model has 11 secondary indicators and 27 tertiary indicators.The evaluation model was put into practice,which produced the list of the clubs supported by the special funds of fitness club of Jiang su province in 2016.The paper analyzed the core factors influencing the growth evaluation of fitness club.the core factors were as follows,that is the fitness service ability,operation management ability,service innovation ability and environmental support system.As a consequence,it is necessary to improve and extend the service value chain of fitness club.it is recommended to speed up the qualification authentication system of the personal fitness coach,reasonably increasing the proportion of sports rehabilitation and treatment courses.It is also suggested to enrich the format mode of the fitness club,actively adapting to the development of internet plus,and give the fitness date more valuable application.this paper proposed that concept renewal,policy guidance,standardization promotion and platform construction are the important components of the systematic support of the fitness club.
