基于根植性理论视角下的我国体育特色小镇建设机制研究

摘　　要：体育特色小镇是我国城镇化建设的重要组成部分,在当前的社会背景下建造和培育体育特色小镇也是社会发展的任务之一,本文以"根植性"理论视角对我国体育特色小镇建设的机制和策略进行研究,认为:根植性是体育特色小镇建设的立足之本;体育特色小镇的建设是生产集聚和消费集聚的综合体,在一定程度上承担了城市功能疏解的重任;自然禀赋是体育特色小镇建设的立足之本;社会资本是体育特色小镇建设的重要保障;市场需求是体育特色小镇发展的前提条件。研究进一步认为当前体育特色小镇建设的发展策略在于:以文化特色和历史内涵为核心把人本理念融入特色小镇建设的全过程;以特色产业为主体推动供给侧结构改革背景下的体育产业跨界融合;体育特色小镇建设要突出创新驱动,众志规划,有效治理和顶层设计;体育特色小镇建设要突出"双产业","三引擎","三架构"的发展框架。The construction of characteristic sports towns is an important part of the urbanization construction in China.To build and cultivate characteristic sports towns is also one of the tasks of social development under the current social background.In this paper,we have studied the mechanism and strategy for building characteristic sports towns in China based on the＂rooting＂theory.The results show that：rooting is the foothold of building characteristic sports town,and building sports characteristic town is a complex of production agglomeration and consumption agglomeration,which to a certain extent,undertakes the arduous task of dispersing urban functions.Natural endowment is the foothold of building sports characteristic towns,social capital is the important guarantee for building sports characteristic towns,and market demand is the precondition for the development of characteristic sports towns.In this study,we further believe that the current development strategy for building characteristic sports towns should integrate the concept of humanism into the whole process of building characteristic towns with cultural characteristics and historical connotation as the core and promote the cross-boundary integration of the sports industry under the background of supply-side structural reform in which the characteristics industries play the dominant role.In the construction of characteristic sports towns,we should highlight innovation-driving,overall planning,effective governance and top-level design and lay stress on the development framework of＂double industry＂,＂three engines＂and＂three structures＂.
