摘　　要：上海虹桥国际机场T1航站楼改造工程中新建了大跨度钢结构屋面,且与外立面幕墙和雨篷钢结构为一体化设计,因此,对构件安装空间的关联性要求和对构件加工精度要求都很高。通过结构分析、施工模拟和预变形处理,保证了大跨度钢结构屋盖的安装和成型质量,为后续外立面幕墙的施工奠定了基础,同时也可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。In the reconstruction project of T1 terminal of Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, a large-span steel structure roof is newly built and it is also an integrated design with the fa（;ade curtain wall and the canopy steel structure. Therefore, the requirements for the relevance of the component installation space and the precision of the component machining accuracy are high. Through structural analysis, construction simulation and pre-deformation treatment, the installation and forming quality of the large-span steel structure roof is ensured, which lays the foundation for the construction of the subsequent facade curtain wall and also provides reference for other similar projects.
