摘 要:为提高电除尘器对循环流化床(CFB)锅炉宽负荷工况的适应性,在某135 MW机组CFB锅炉上对不同工况下电除尘器运行功率及其出口烟尘颗粒排放控制进行了试验研究,得到电除尘器运行功率与其出口颗粒物排放质量浓度的关系。结果表明:由于负荷的变化导致烟气温度改变,而烟气温度直接影响电除尘器运行功率,故CFB锅炉电除尘器除尘效果对机组负荷的变化极为敏感;烟气温度在100~200℃内,135 MW机组CFB锅炉烟气温度每降低20℃,烟尘比电阻可降低约1个数量级,电除尘器运行功率可提高约100 k W;降低烟气温度是宽负荷CFB锅炉电除尘器保持稳定高效运行的一项重要措施。In order to enhance the adaptability of electrostatic precipitator (ESP) to wide load range condition of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler, an experimental research about the ESP operating power and emission control was carried out in a 135 MW CFB boiler, and the relationship between the particulate matters emission concentration and ESP operating power was obtained. The results indicate that, due to the variation in unit load, the flue gas temperature changed, which directly affected operating power of the ESP, so dust removal effect of the ESP is very sensitive to the boiler load change. With the flue gas temperature ranging from 100℃ to 200℃, the operating power of the ESP would increase by about 100 kW and the dust specific resistance would reduce by about 1 magnitude when the flow gas temperature reduces by about 20 ℃. Decreasing the flue gas temperature plays an important role in keeping the ESP operating stably with a high efficiency.
