摘  要:随着水泥工业技术的进步,国家标准GB 16780-2012《水泥单位产品能源消耗限额》已经不能适应当前水泥工业发展的要求,结合新型干法水泥节能降耗技术的最新进展,有必要对标准中的部分内容进行修订,通过标准的修订及实施进一步提高我国水泥行业能源利用效率,减少有毒有害物质排放,提高资源综合利用率,促进水泥行业采用当前先进的节能降耗技术与装备降低水泥生产能耗,全面提升生产工艺、设备和质量等方面的管理水平,促进水泥工业可持续发展。With the improvement of cement industry and technology, the national standard GB 16780-2012 "The norm of energy consumption per unit products of cement" has been unable to meet the requirements of the development of cement industry. Combining the latest progress of NSP cement energy saving technology, it is necessary to carry out a revision of the standard. Through the standard revision and implementation, it will further improve China's cement industry energy efficiency, reduce the toxic and harmful substances emissions, improve resources comprehensive utilization, advance the cement industry to use the current technology and equipment to reduce the energy consumption, improve production technology, equipment and quality management level, promote the sustainable develprove production technology, equipment and quality management level, promote the sustainable development of cement industry.
