摘  要:构建一种新型两级活性炭/动态膜过滤(PAC/DMF)复合工艺并用于城市污水的资源化处理,考察了动态膜的过滤性能、对有机物的浓缩特性以及浓缩液的产甲烷潜力。结果表明,PAC/DMF反应器可在高通量[50~60 L/(m^2·h)]、低TMP(<15 k Pa)条件下长期稳定运行;单周期运行结束后可有效富集有机物至浓缩液中,一级浓缩液筛分前的COD在3 500 mg/L左右,经筛分后COD在1 700 mg/L左右,二级浓缩液筛分后的COD在1 100 mg/L左右;第一级动态膜反应器浓缩液可作为厌氧消化基质,具备良好的产甲烷潜力,浓缩液筛前、筛后以及筛后沉淀作为基质的产甲烷潜能分别约为195、215及271 m LCH4/g COD。A novel two-stage powdered activated carbon and dynamic membrane filtration (PAC/ DMF) system was constructed for domestic sewage treatment. Filtration performance of dynamic membrane, organics concentrating performance and biochemical methane potential of the concentrate were investigated. The results showed that PAC/DMF system could maintain long-term stable operation under the condition of the high flux of 50 -60L/( m^2 · h) and low TMP of less than 15 kPa. Organics could be effectively enriched into the concentrate after single cycle operation, the COD of the concentrated liquid on the first reactor was about 3 500 mg/L before sieving and 1 700 mg/L after sieving, and on the second reactor was about 1 100 mg/L. The concentrate of the first stage reactor could be a substrate for anaerobic digestion and achieved good performance of gas production. The biochemical methane potential of the concentrated liquid was 195 mLCH4/gCOD before sieving, 215 mLCH4/gCOD after sieving and 271 mLCH4/gCOD after sieving and sedimentation.
