摘 要:通过模拟生物除铁除锰滤池中的营养环境,研制了用于培养除锰菌的自制培养基,对比该培养基与传统培养基的营养成分发现,自制培养基的碳源、氮源、微量元素和矿物质元素等均相对较低;分别从正在运行水厂滤池的20、60、80 cm深度处取锰砂滤料样品,将滤料样品在自制培养基上涂布并划线培养,分离得到了14株具有锰氧化能力的菌株。比对16S r DNA序列发现,这14株菌分别与Acidobacteria、Chryseobacterium、Holophagae、Nitrospirae、Planctomycetacia、Thermodesulfobacteria、Sphingobacterium等具有同源性。A special media for the strain with iron and manganese removal functions was developed through simulating the natural nutrient environment in the filter of a water treatment plant. It was found that the contents of carbon source, nitrogen source, trace element, and mineral substance were lower in the developed media than that in the traditional media. The manganese sand samples were collected from depths of 20 cm, 60 cm, and 80 cm inside the filter of a water treatment plant. Fourteen strains with manganese removal function were isolated from the manganese sand samples through culturing with self- developed poor nutrient culture media. The isolated strains showed homology with Acidobacteria, Chryseobacterium , Holophagae , Nitrospirae , Planctomycetacia , Thermodesulfobacteria , and Sphingobacterium through comparing their 16S rDNA sequences.
