摘 要:污水处理系统是一个变量多、难于快速控制的慢速响应处理系统,其操作难度大、控制参数多、见效响应速度较慢且依靠手动控制运行参数难度大。采用活性污泥系统仿真软件GPS-X模拟高盐、高有机物、水质波动大的乙二醇生产废水处理流程,模拟结果与中试实测结果的吻合度较高,能较好地反映中试工艺的合理性及处理水平,大大缩短了中试时间,优化了运行,提高了出水水质。Wastewater treatment system is a slow response system with many variables, and is difficult for fast control. The system is difficult to operate, complicated in control, slow responding, and difficult for manual operation. An activated sludge system simulation software GPS-X was used in the simulation of an ethylene glycol wastewater treatment process which was characterized by high salt, high organic matter, and water quality fluctuation. The simulation results matched well with the measured results in the test. The simulation could test the rationality and treatment efficiency, substantially reduce the test time to optimize the process, and eventually improve the operation stability and the effluent quality.
