摘　　要：简述当前国内外搪瓷行业生产中传统设备的生产状况,在具体介绍传统设备在搪瓷生产中存在的生产效率低、质量差、能耗高、柔性差等诸多不足的基础上,通过具体案例,介绍了自动化、信息化、智能化设备目前在部分搪瓷产品生产中的应用,综合对比了传统设备与智能化设备在搪瓷生产中的差异,详细研究了智能化设备在搪瓷行业生产中所具有的精密化、自动化、信息化、柔性化、图形化、智能化、可视化、多媒体化、集成化、网络化、数字化等优点,最后分析并指出,在当前国际"互联网+"及"工业4.0"的发展潮流中,智能化设备在搪瓷行业中的发展趋势。The production status in enamel industry at home and abroad by using traditional equipment was reviewed. The deficiencies of traditional equipment in enamel industry （such as low efficiency, bad quality, high energy consumption, poor flexibility, etc.） were described first. Then, through a practical case, the implementation and application of the automatic, information-based and intelligent equipment in the enamel industry were introduced. The difference between the traditional equipment and intelligent equipment in the enamel production was comprehensively compared. The advantages of the intelligent equipment in the enamel industry, such as precision, automation, inforrnatization, flexi- bility, graphics, intelligence, visualization, multimedia, integration, networking and digitization were investigated in detail. Finally, the development trend of intelligent equipment in the enamel industry was analyzed and its status in the current development trend of ＂Internet ＋＂and ＂Industry 4.0＂ was
