苯磺酸氨氯地平片对糖尿病患者血压变异及臂踝指数的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察苯磺酸氨氯地平片对糖尿病合并高血压患者血压变异(BPV)及臂踝指数(ABI)的影响。方法选择翁源县人民医院2015年7月~2017年6月间收治的180例糖尿病合并高血压患者作为研究对象,依据建档顺序分为对照组与观察组各90例,对照组行口服缬沙坦治疗,观察组行苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗。结果治疗前各指标数据显示两组患者24h SBP、DBP、SBPV、DBPV水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后两组患者均明显改善,且观察组改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);但两组ABI改善效果则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经检测显示观察组FBG、2h PBG、BUN、Cr、m ALB、Hb A1C等指标改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平片应用于糖尿病合并高血压患者中疗效确切,可有效改善患者血压变异性与大动脉弹性,以此减少靶器官损伤,具有较高应用价值。Objective To observe the effect of amlodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets on blood pressure variation and brachial ankle index （ABI） in diabetic patients with hypertension. Methods From July 2015 to June 2017,180 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were selected from Wengyuan County people＇s Hospital as study objects,and divided into control group（n=90） and observation group（n=90） according to the order of filing.The control group was treated with valsartan and the observation group with amlodipine benzenesulfonate. Results There was no significant difference in 24 hsBP,24 hdBP,24 hsBPV and 24 hdBPV in the two groups before treatment（P 〉 0.05）.After treatment,the two groups were obviously improved,and the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. However,there was no significant difference in the effect of ABI between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）. The results showed that the improvement effect of the observation group（FBG,2hPBG, BUN, Cr, mALB, HbAlc） was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Amtodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets are effective in diabetic patients with hypertension and can effectively improve blood pressure variability and arterial elasticity in order to reduce target organ damage.and it has high application value.
