敷料改良包扎法在血透Cuff导管护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨敷料改良包扎法在血透cuff导管护理中的应用效果。方法将2011年1月~2017年3月54例运用颈内静脉留置cuff导管行长期透析患者作为传统组,应用传统敷料包扎法;55例应用颈内静脉留置cuff导管行长期透析患者作为改良组,使用改良法进行包扎,比较两组管路并发症及患者满意度。结果传统组隧道感染6例,改良组1例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。传统组患者总满意度70.37%(38/54),改良组96.36%(53/55),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着运用改良包扎法时间的增加,患者满意度进行性升高(P<0.05)。结论改良敷料包扎法对应用cuff导管透析的患者是一种理想而安全的护理方法,是一种不良事件发生率低的改良护理方法,其操作简单容易实施,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of modified bandage dressing method in nursing care of cuff catheter during hemodialysis. Methods From January 2011 to March 2017,54 cases of long term dialysis patients with internal jugular vein indwelling cuff were selected as the traditional group,and treated with the traditional dressing method.55 patients with internal jugular vein indwelling cuff catheter for long-term dialysis were selected as the modified group,and treated with the modified method.The pipe complications and patient satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results There were 6 cases of tunnel infection in the traditional group and 1 case in the modified group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction of the patients in the traditional group was 70.37%（38/54）,and that in the modified group was 96.36%（53/55）.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.With the increase of the time of using the modified bandaging method,the patients＇ satisfaction was increased progressively（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The improved dressing method is an ideal and safe nursing method for the patients with cuff catheter dialysis.It is an improved nursing method with low incidence of adverse events,and its operation is simple and easy to carry out.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
