风险意识在手术室护理管理中的应用价值观察

摘　　要：目的研究在手术室护理管理中应用风险意识的临床效果以及价值。方法随机选择本次我院从2015年7月~2016年7月期间收治的68例手术患者作为研究样本,分组方式选择为随机数字表法,将患者平均分成参照组34例以及实验组34例,将实行常规手术室护理管理患者作为参照组,将实行风险意识的手术室护理管理患者作为实验组,分析对比两组手术室患者经不同管理之后风险事件发生率、临床护理满意度评分以及护理质量评分。结果经护理管理之后实验组手术室患者风险事件发生率2.94%、护理满意度评分(93.26±5.23)分、护理质量评分(95.69±4.63)分对比显著参照组风险事件发生率20.58%、护理满意度评分(81.57±4.69)分、护理质量评分(82.67±5.19)分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将风险意识应用于手术室护理管理过程中存在确切疗效,可以提升护理质量与满意度,降低发生风险事件的几率,值得临床上广泛借鉴应用。Objective To study the clinical effect and value of risk awareness in nursing management of operation room. Methods Sixty-eight patients in our hospital were randomly selected from July 2015 to July 2016 as the study samples.All patients were divided into 34 cases in the reference group and 34 cases in the experimental group.And the patients of reference group were given routine operation room nursing management,the patients of experimental group were given nursing management in operation room with risk awareness.The risk events Incidence, clinical care satisfaction score,and nursing quality score of two groups of operating room patients after different management were analyzed and compared. Results After treatment,the incidence of risk events was 2.94%,nursing satisfaction score was （93.26 ± 5.23）,nursing quality score was （95.69 ± 4.63） in experimental group,and the index reference group were 20.58% （81.57 ± 4.69）,and （82.67 ± 5.19） respectively,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of risk awareness in the nursing room management process has the exact effect,which can improve the nursing quality and satisfaction, reduce the probability of risk events,and it is worthy of clinical application.
