摘　　要：目的了解我院住院患者经鼻胃管饲给药的药物使用情况,并探讨药物使用的合理性,为临床鼻胃管饲给药提供参考。方法回顾性调查我院2017年3~5月间所有使用鼻胃管饲给药患者的用药情况,并对其合理性进行分析。结果共收集到使用鼻胃管饲给药的患者55人次,涉及76种药物,合计使用4101例次,人均75例次,同时联用药物最多12种。不合理用药共1642例次,不合理率为40.04%,表现在药物剂型选择不当、配伍不当和用法不当。结论我院鼻胃管饲给药存在不合理用药,临床药师应与医护密切合作,确保鼻胃管饲给药的合理性。Objective To investigate the drug use of patients with transnasal gastric tube feeding in our hospital, and to explore the rationality of drug use, and to provide reference for clinical nasogastric feeding. Methods The drug use of patients with transnasal gastric tube feeding in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2017 were retrospectively studied. And the rationality was analyzed. Results A total of 55 person-time were collected with nasogastric tube, involving 76 kinds of drugs, Total use of 4101 cases, 75 cases per capita, and 12 kinds of drug in combination at the same time at most. There were 1642 cases of irrational drug use, and the irrational rate was 40.04%. It was manifested in improper selection of drug dosage forms, improper compatibility and improper usage. Conclusion There is irrational use of nasogastric tube in our hospital. Clinical pharmacists should work closely with medical care to ensure the rationality of nasogastrie feeding.
