股骨干骨折开放与闭合交锁髓内钉疗效比较

摘　　要：目的将开放交锁髓内钉和闭合交锁髓内钉方法均应用于股骨干骨折病症临床治疗中,对其手术结果进行比较研究。方法参与本实验的股骨干骨折病症患者共40例,按照随机数字表法原则将所有患者分成研究组和对照组,医护人员将闭合交锁髓内钉和开放交锁髓内钉分别应用于两组患者临床治疗中,对比分析两组患者手术结果相关指标数据情况。结果相比于对照组,研究组患者术中出血量和并发症发生率均更低、骨折愈合时间更短、患者HSS评分(膝关节功能评分)更高,研究组患者手术效果更好。结论在股骨干骨折病症临床治疗中应用闭合交锁髓内钉方法,临床效果更突出,能够有效缩短手术时间,控制术中出血量,保证手术的安全性,同时还能够降低并发症发生率,达到预期临床疗效的同时保证预后质量,临床应用价值突出。Objective To compare the results of open interlocking intramedullary nailing and closed interlocking intramedullary nailing in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures. Methods Forty patients with femoral shaft fractures were selected in this study. All patients were divided into study group and control group according to the principle of random number table. A closed interlocking intramedullary nail and an open interlocking intramedullary nail were applied to the clinical treatment of two groups of patients. The data of the outcome of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of bleeding and complication was lower in the study group, the fracture healing time was shorter, the patient＇s HSS score （knee function score） was higher, the effect of the study group was better. Conclusion The application of closed interlocking intrameduXlary nail method in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture has better the clinical effect, can effectively shorten the operation time, control the amount of bleeding in surgery to ensure the safety of surgery, but also can reduce the incidence of complications Expected clinical efficacy while ensuring the quality of prognosis, clinical application value is outstanding.
