摘 要:在铁路货运向现代物流转型的大环境下,货车的周转率及装卸车效率不断要求提高,快速定量装车系统在铁路大宗散堆装货物运输中逐渐运用广泛。概述铁路快速定量装车系统基本结构、特点、装车工艺过程及铁路货车超偏载分级考核标准,分析铁路快速定量装车系统产生超偏载安全风险的原因,提出强化设备管理、严格人员管理、卡控装车作业、加强现场监装等控制铁路快速定量装车系统超偏载安全风险的措施,以确保行车安全。People have higher expectations on the cargo loading and unloading efficiency and the turnaround time of freight vehicles, while the railway freight transport industry is transitioning itself to modern logistics. These factors contribute to a wide application of the fast quantitative loading system in the transport of bulk cargo. Taking the determinants of excessive and unbalanced loads into consideration, the author briefly introduces the system including its basic structure, special features and loading techniques. With an analysis of the root causes that may lead to the hazard, this paper proposes a series of measures, such as improving equipment management, strengthening staff training, controlling the loading process, and stepping up on-site supervision to ensure the safety of transport.
