1%吡美莫司乳膏联合皮肤屏障修复乳治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎70例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价1%吡美莫司乳膏联合皮肤屏障修复乳治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的140例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者,按随机数字表法分成两组。治疗组70例予以1%吡美莫司乳膏联合皮肤屏障修复乳治疗;对照组70例仅予1%吡美莫司乳膏治疗。比较两组治疗前和治疗4周时总有效率、症状体征总积分、生活质量评分及不良反应。结果治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率为85.71%,高于对照组的60.00%;治疗组客观体征积分、主观症状积分、症状体征总积分、生活质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均没有明显的不良反应。8周随访时,治疗组7例复发,对照组13例复发,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 1%吡美莫司乳膏联合皮肤屏障修复乳治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎安全有效。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of combination therary of 1% pimecrolimus cream and skin barrier repair cream on treating facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.Methods One hundred and forty cases of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups according to the table of random numbers.The treatment group（70）was treated with 1% pimecrolimus cream combined with skin barrier repair cream for 4 weeks.The control group（70）was treated with 1% pimecrolimus cream for 4 weeks.The total effective rate, total symptom-sign score, life quality score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after 4 weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group（85.71%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（60.00%）.The objective sign score, subjective symptom score, total symptom-sign score and life quality score of the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group.All the above differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.At the 8 week follow-up, 7 cases relapsed in the treatment group, and 13 cases in the control group relapsed, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion 1% pimecrolimus cream combined with skin barrier repair cream is safe and effective in the treatment of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.
