摘　　要：结合机组的运行方式以及电站(泵站)的接入系统方式,分析换相开关、变频调速装置等不同于常规水电站中的电气设备对接线的影响。分析认为,三河口电站(泵站)110 k V高压侧采用单母线接线简单、经济、安全,并能满足接入系统要求;10 k V侧四台机组形成单母线分段接线,机组按一台常规水轮发电机组和一台可逆机组均衡配置,通过两台40 MVA的三相双绕组有载调压电力变压器与110 k V高压侧相连接。每段母线上接一台变频调速装置以满足本段母线所连接机组的变频运行要求,并作为另一段母线上发电电动机电动工况时备用启动装置;每台发电电动机配置两台并联的真空断路器实现工频发电及工频电动时的换相要求。Combined with the operation mode of the unit and the access system of the power station （pump station）,the article is based on analysis of the commutation switch and the VVVF devices which is different from the conventional hydropower station on the connection. It thinks that Sanhekou power station （pumping station） 110kV high voltage side takes the single bus wiring with the function of simple, economical, safe, and is able to meet the access system requirements; 10kV side four units form a single bus unit, the set is an equilibrium configuration with a conventional turbine generator and a reversible unit, through two sets of 40 MVA three-phase double winding power transformer load tap with connection of 110 kV high voltage side. On each bus comlected to a variable frequency speed regulation device to meet the requirements of variable frequency operation unit connected by the bus, and as another bus power motor condition standby start device; each generating motor is the configuration of two vacuum circuit breakers with parallel implementation for the demand for commutation of power frequency power generation and power frequency electric power.
