摘 要:在采用低压电力线载波通信方式的用电信息采集系统中,由于设备间耦合关系紧密,运行故障难以复现,问题分析和定位排查困难。为实现用电信息采集系统全通信路径的故障定位,本文提出了一种低压电力线载波通信的系统化测试方法。通过进行电表载波模块地址分配正确性测试、控制机指令下发正确性测试、电表数据实抄正确性测试、故障复现实验,对通信路径中各模块功能进行检测、分析及定位故障点。实现了用电信息采集系统中隐形故障排查和现场问题快速定位。In an electricity consumption information acquisition system which adopts low-voltage power line carrier com- munication, the coupling relationship between equipment is tight, therefore, the process of problem analysis and fault location is difficult. To realize the fault location on the whole communication path of electricity consumption information acquisition system, a systematic test method based on low-voltage power line carrier communication is proposed in this paper. Through the address allocation accuracy test on the electric meter carrier module, accuracy test on instructions issued by the control machine, accuracy test on real data from the electric meter, and fault reappearance experiment, the functions of each module are detected and analyzed, and the fault is located. In this way, the detection of hidden failures in the electricity consumption information acquisition system is realized, and the on-site problems are fast locat- ed.
