摘 要:为了探明不同饥饿时间对管角螺生长、生化组成、消化酶活性和抗氧化指标的影响,选取体重为(28.33±1.27)g的管角螺360只,随机分为6组(每组设3个重复,每个重复放养20只),设置饥饿时间分别为0(对照组)、5、10、20、30、40 d,在水温29~31℃条件下进行饥饿试验。结果显示:饥饿时间对管角螺的存活率、壳高和壳宽均无显著影响(P>0.05),各组的存活率均为100%;随着饥饿时间的延长,管角螺的体重逐渐下降,特别是饥饿20~40 d时,体重减少12.73%~21.14%。除饥饿40 d外,饥饿时间对足肌中水分和粗蛋白质含量的影响不显著(P>0.05);随着饥饿时间的延长,足肌中粗脂肪含量逐渐下降,粗灰分含量逐渐上升。随着饥饿时间的延长,足肌糖原含量显著下降(P<0.05),肝糖原含量呈下降趋势,除饥饿10与20 d组间以及饥饿20和30 d组间无显著差异(P>0.05)外,其他组间差异显著(P<0.05)。随着饥饿时间的延长,足肌饱和脂肪酸和单不饱和脂肪酸的含量逐渐下降,而多不饱和脂肪酸的含量相对上升;偶数碳原子个数的脂肪酸含量逐渐下降,而奇数碳原子个数的脂肪酸含量却相对上升。肝胰腺脂肪酶和胰蛋白酶活性在饥饿5 d时显著高于对照组(P<0.05),在饥饿40 d时显著低于对照组(P<0.05);肝胰腺淀粉酶活性在饥饿10 d时显著高于对照组和饥饿5 d组(P<0.05),在饥饿40 d时显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。肝胰腺超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)活性在饥饿5~30 d内随着饥饿时间的延长而上升,并显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而饥饿40 d时却显著低于对照组(P<0.05);肝胰腺丙二醛(MDA)含量在饥饿30 d前无显著差异(P>0.05),而在饥饿30 d后则显著升高(P<0.05)。以上结果表明:管角螺耐饥饿,但在高温(29~31℃)下饥饿30 d后其体内生化指标均发生了巨大的变化,表明其体内已经发生了饥饿胁迫。This experiment was conducted to reveal the effects of different starvation time on growth,biochemical composition,enzyme activities and antioxidant indexes of Hemifusus tuba Gmelin. A total of 360 Hemifusus tuba Gmelin with the body weight of( 28.33±1.27) g were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates per group and 20 snails per replicate,and the snails in the 6 groups had different starvation time: 0( control group),5,10,20,30 and 40 days at the water temperature of 29 to 31 ℃. The results showed that the survival rate,shell height and shell width were not significant affected by starvation time( P0.05),and the survival rate of each group was 100%. But the weight was gradually decreased with the starvation time increasing,especially for without feeding for 20 to 40 days,and the weight loss was 12.73% to 21.14%. The moisture and crude protein contents in pedal muscle of Hemifusus tuba Gmelin were not significant affected by starvation time( P0.05)( except starvation 40 days). The content of ether extract in pedal muscle was gradually decreased along with the increase of starvation time,but the content of ash in pedal muscle was gradually increased.With the starvation time increasing,pedal muscle glycogen content was significantly decreased( P0.05),and liver glycogen content showed a downward trend which was significantly different among different groups( P0.05) except groups with 10 and 20 days of starvation and groups with 20 and 30 days of starvation.With the starvation time increasing,the contents of saturated fatty acid and monounsaturated fatty acid in pedal muscle were gradually declined,while the content of unsaturated fatty acid was relatively rose. With the starvation time increasing,the content of fatty acids of even number of carbon atoms was gradually decreased,while the number of fatty acids of odd number of carbon atoms was relatively increased.
