摘　　要：2017年,第二松花江流域的温德河连续发生2次超100年一遇特大洪水,漂河、金沙河发生超50年一遇特大洪水,饮马河发生近20年一遇大洪水。针对2017年第二松花江暴雨洪水,文中概述了暴雨过程及成因、暴雨特点,重点分析了洪水过程和丰满水库洪水组成。In 2017, the two extraordinary floods with less than 1% frequency are happen sequentially for Wendehe River of the Second Songhuajiang River basin, the extraordinary flood with less than 2% frequency is happen for Piaohe River and Jinshahe River,the great flood near to 2% frequency is happen for Yinmahe River. According to the storm and flood of the Second Songhuajiang River basin in 2017, the paper introduces the storm process and cause, storm characteristics, and emphatically analyzes the flood process and the flood composition of Fengman reservoir.
