结构式心理干预对高考生肺结核患者自我感受负担及应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的研究分析结构式心理干预对高考生肺结核患者自我感受负担及应对方式的影响。方法研究本院2015-2016年4-6月确诊并进行治疗的97例高考生肺结核患者,将其分为研究组47例与对照组50例,其中对照组给予常规健康指导,研究组在对照组基础上给予结构式心理干预,分别对两组进行自我感受负担与应对方式测评,并在干预前后进行比较。结果研究组在进行结构式心理干预后自我感受负担评分均明显降低,且低于对照组,除了经济负担差异无统计学意义外,其他均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组三种应对方式评分均明显变化,且明显优于对照组,两组之间比较,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高考生肺结核患者实行结构式心理干预,可有效改善患者的应对方式,积极地面对疾病,减轻患者的自我感受负担,促进患者的康复,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of structural psychological intervention on self perceived burden and coping style of college students with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Atotal of 97 patients was diagnosed and treated in our hospital during 2015-2016 year April to June were studied and analyzed.They were divided into control group and study group, the control group was given routine health guidance, the study group was given structural psychological intervention based on the control group, the self perceived burden and coping style of the two groups were evaluated and compared before and after the intervention.Results In the study group were structured after psychological interven- tion of self perceived burden scores were significantly lower, and lower than that of control group, but no significant differences in other eco- nomic burden,were statistically significant （P〈0.05） ;intervention study group three coping scores were significantly decreased, and signifi- cantly better than the control group, compared between the two groups between them, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The college entrance examination in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis to implement structural psychological intervention, cop- ing style can effectively improve the patients, active in the face of disease, relieve the patients＇ self perceived burden, promote the rehabilitation of patients, is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
