心理护理对宫颈癌新辅助化疗患者负性情绪的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对宫颈癌新辅助化疗患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2016年4月在我院接受新辅助化疗的96例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,随机分为干预组48例和对照组48例。对照组采用常规护理干预,干预组在此基础上实施心理护理干预,比较两组干预前后焦虑、抑郁差异。结果干预前两组SAS、SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组SAS、SDS评分显著低于干预前(P<0.05),而对照组评分与干预前相比差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组在心理支持、护患沟通、护理主动性和服务态度方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌新辅助化疗患者实施心理护理干预,可改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on anxiety and depression of patients with cervical cancer after neoadju- rant chemotherapy.Methods Ninety-sixv patients with cervical carcinoma treated by neo-adjuvant chemotherapy from January 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing and those in interven- tion group received psychological nursing.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were compared between the two groups before and after intervention nursing.Results Two groups of SAS, SDS score difference was statistically significant （P〉O.05）be- fore intervention;intervention,intervention group SAS, SDS score was significantly lower than that before intervention （P〈0.05）, while the control group score compared with before intervention the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05） ; after the intervention, the inter- vention group SAS,SDS scores were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.The psychological support,nurse patient communica- tion,nursing initiative and service attitude of the intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.Con- clusion Psychological nursing intervention is effective in improving the negative emotions and enhancing nursing service satisfaction in pa- tients with cervical carcinoma treated by neo-adjuvant chemotherapy
