摘 要:目的探讨股动脉穿刺术后弹力绷带的应用效果。方法研究对象选自我院2015年7月~2017年9月收治的股动脉穿刺术患者136例,分为外周血管组(69例)和神经组(67例)。神经组穿刺后给予弹力绷带止血,外周血管组给予普通绷带止血,比较两组拔管压迫时间、制动时间以及并发症发生情况。结果两组拔管压迫时间(17.48±3.72min vs100.83±20.68min)、制动时间(17.87±2.95 min vs20.84±3.34 min),神经组均低于外周血管组,数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05);神经组并发症发生率为1.49%(1/67),相对于外周血管组11.59%(8/69),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股动脉穿刺术后使用弹力绷带包扎可有效缩短止血时间及制动时间,并能减少并发症的发生。Objective: To investigate the effect elastic bandage on post-femoral artery puncture.Methods: In total, 136 patients undergoing femoral artery puncture in our hospital from July 2015 to September 2017 were selected as the objects of study. They were divided into peripheral vascular group (n=69), and nerve group (n=67). Patients in nerve group were given elastic bandage hemostasis, while patients in peripheral vascular group were given bandage hemostasis. The time of extubation and immobilization, the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results: The time of extubation and immobilization, and the incidence of complications in nerve group were significantly lower than those in peripheral vascular group [(17.48 ± 3.72min) vs. (100.83 ± 20.68min)], [(17.87 ± 2.95 min) vs. (20.84 ± 3.34 min)], [(1.49% vs. 11.59)] respectively (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Using elastic bandage after femoral artery puncture can reduce the time of extubation and immobilization, and decrease the occurrence of complications.
