血清β-hCG、孕酮联合测定对早期异位妊娠的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清β-h CG、孕酮的联合检测在早期诊断异位妊娠中的作用,旨在为临床诊断提供可靠依据。方法:选取36例异位妊娠患者为异位妊娠组,同期接受产检的36例正常妊娠早孕孕妇作为对照组,计算比较单独检测及联合检测β-h CG 48 h增长率、血清孕酮诊断异位妊娠差异性和诊断符合率。结果:异位妊娠组血清β-h CG增长率和孕酮指标明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单独检测血清β-h CG和孕酮诊断异位妊娠出现假阳性率偏高(P<0.05),联合检测诊断符合率与病理诊断金标准较接近(P>0.05)。结论:血清β-h CG和孕酮的联合检测为异位妊娠患者的诊断、评估提供可靠数据,具有非常高的临床诊断价值。Objective： To investigate the role of serum level of β -hCG combined with progesterone for early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, and provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis.Method： 36 patients suffered from ectopic pregnancy（eetopic pregnancy group） and 36 normal intrauterine gestation cases（control group） were enrolled in the study.The serum level of progesterone and β -hCG were detected at 0 h and 48 h, respectively. β -hCG 48 h increasing rate, progesterone and combined detection for diagnosis ectopic pregnancy were calculated.The serum level of progesterone and β -hCG 48 h increasing rate were compared between two groups.The difference and diagnose accordance rate of progesterone diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy were calculated.Result： The serum level of β -hCG increasing rate and progesterone index in ectopie pregnancy group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The false positive rate of detection of serum ~ -hCG and progesterone diagnosis was high.The diagnosis accuracy of the combined detection was close to that of pathological diagnosis. Conclusion： The combined detection of serum β -hCG and progesterone pro,（ides reliable data for the diagnosis and evaluation of ectopic pregnancy, which would be valuable for clinical diagnosis.
