摘  要:目的:研究广西地桃花水提物对非感染性炎症的体内抗炎作用。方法:观察地桃花水提物对非感染性炎症模型的影响。采用小鼠棉球肉芽肿模型,冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔炎模型及角叉菜胶致小鼠气囊滑膜炎模型,计算肉芽肿抑制率,检测腹腔炎症冲洗液中前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量及气囊渗出液中蛋白含量、一氧化氮(NO)、PGE2、丙二醛(MDA)含量等,探讨地桃花水提取物对炎症介质、氧自由基等的影响。结果:地桃花水提物高、中、低剂量组能显著减轻小鼠棉球肉芽组织增生(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,地桃花水提物高、中剂量组能减少气囊渗出液体积,恢复灌洗液中SOD活性(P<0.01,P<0.05)和显著降低腹腔炎症冲洗液及气囊灌洗液中PGE2的含量(P<0.01);高、中、低剂量组均能降低小鼠气囊灌洗液中蛋白含量(P<0.05)及MDA含量(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05);高剂量组能抑制灌洗液中NO的产生(P<0.05)。结论:地桃花水提物对非感染性炎症有一定的抑制作用,其作用机制可能与减少渗出,清除氧自由基,抑制脂质过氧化,减少炎症介质NO及PGE2的合成与释放有关。Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory effects of aqueous extract of Urena lobata (DTH) on non-infectious inflammation in vivo. Methods: To observe the effects of DTH on non-infective inflam- mation, mice models were applied, including the model of cotton swollen granuloma, the model of glacial acetic acid-induced peritoneal inflammation and the model of carrageenan-induced acute airbag synovitis. The granuloma inhibition rates, the prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) contents in peritoneal inflammatory fluid and the levels of NO, PGE2 and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the exudate of airbag were respectively measured. Results: DTH at high, middle or low dose significantly reduced the granulation tissue proliferation by cot- ton balls (P〈0.01). Compared with the model control group, DTH at high, middle or low dose reduced the volume of airbag exudate and restored the SOD activity in the lavage fluid (P〈0.01, P〈0.05), and signifi- cantly reduced the inflammation of the peritoneal lavage fluid (P〈0.01). DTH at high dose inhibited the production of NO in the lavage fluid (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The inhibitory effects of DTH on non-infec- tious inflammation may be related to the decrease of exudation, the elimination of oxygen free radicals, the inhibition of lipid peroxidation and the reduction of synthesis and release of inflammatory mediators NO and PGE2.
