基于某大型中医院2013-2016年中药注射剂专项整治活动探讨中药注射剂临床合理使用监管

摘　　要：目的:基于某院2013-2016年开展中药注射剂专项整治活动后中药注射剂各项指标变化,为推动临床合理使用中药注射剂提供依据。方法:2013年某院开展中药注射剂专项整治后,至2016年,统计分析该院全院中药注射剂用法、用量、使用强度、使用率等,了解相关指标变化及存在问题。结果:2013-2016年,中药注射剂总金额占药品总金额逐年下降,2013-2016年分别为9.32%、8.48%,8.01%和6.62%;中药注射剂用量不合理率下降显著,用法不合理率无明显改变。中药注射剂使用强度逐年下降,2013-2016年分别为68.47,54.93,51.57和49.02。选取的10种中药注射剂适应证符合率方面,2016年2月份较2015年1月份适应证符合率增长了36.79%。结论:通过2013-2016年专项整治活动,该院中药注射剂各项指标均有所改善。建议开展"中药注射剂专项整治"活动强化中药注射剂在临床的合理使用的监管。OBJECTIVE To discuss the methods for clinical rational use and state regulation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections（TCMIs）based on the special rectification action on TCMIs from2013 to 2016.METHODS The study was designed to analyze the TCMI usage,dosage,the use rate,etc.to learn about the current state and conditions of TCMIs.RESULTS From 2013 to 2016,TCMIs accounted for the total drug use decreased yearly at 9.32%,8.48%,8.01%and 6.62%,respectively.The unreasonable dosage of TCMIs decreased significantly,and the irrational rate of usage was not significantly changed.The intensity of TCMIs decreased yearly,was 68.47,54.93,51.57 and 49.02 from2013 to 2016.The coincidence rate of the 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections in 2016 February was increased by 36.79% compared with that in 2015 January.CONCLUSION With the special rectification actions on TCMIs in 2013-2016,the indexes of TCMIs in our hospital have been improved.The special rectification action for TCMIs should be established to support TCMI rational utility.
