宣氏小儿清肺糖浆联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察宣氏小儿清肺糖浆联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证的临床疗效。方法选取符合标准的90例住院患儿,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组30例给予阿奇霉素静脉滴注及雾化、解痉、止咳等常规西药治疗,治疗组60例在对照组治疗方法的基础上口服宣氏小儿清肺糖浆。结果治疗组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的86.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与同组治疗前比较,2组治疗后总积分均明显下降(P<0.01),且治疗组总积分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与同组治疗前比较,2组治疗后主症单项积分均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组在缓解发热、咳嗽、咳痰临床症状及促进肺部体征消失方面均显著优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在缓解气急和改善肺部X线方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组均出现轻度恶心、腹痛、腹泻等胃肠道反应,其中治疗组5例,对照组9例,予对症处理后明显减轻,未见肝、肾功能及心肌损害等不良反应。结论宣氏小儿清肺糖浆联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证,可有效缓解患儿的症状、体征,疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of children with mycoplasma pneumonia of phlegm and heat blocking the lung syndrome treated with the combination of azithromycin and XUAN ’s Xiao ’er Qingfei Tangjiang.Methods A total of 90 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia of phlegm and heat blocking the lung syndrome were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group（ 30 cases） was given conventional Western medicine like intravenous infusion of azithromycin and atomization therapy to stop cough and spasm,while the therapy group（ 60 cases） was given XUAN’s Xiao’er Qingfei Tangjiang based on the treatment of control group.Results The total effective rate in therapy group was 95. 00%,much higher than 86. 67% in control group with significant difference（ P 〈 0.05）. Aggregate scores of two group reduced obviously comparing with that before treatment（ P〈0.01）,and it was lower in therapy group than control group（ P 〈0.01）,difference had significance.And the single symptom scores of two groups both dropped after treatment（ P〈0.05）,some clinical symptoms,like fever,cough,expectoration,relieved better in therapy group than control group with significant differences（ P〈0.05）,but there were no significant differences in improvement of polypnea and signs in lung through X ray（ P〉0.05）.Some cases with abdominal pain,diarrhea,and nausea occurred in two groups,5 cases in therapy group,and 9 cases in control group.These were all relieved after treatment without any adverse reactions like damage in liver,kidney and myocardium. Conclusion The combination of azithromycin and XUAN’s Xiao’er Qingfei Tangjiang can treat children with mycoplasma pneumonia of phlegm and heat blocking the lung syndrome effectively for obviously relieving fever,cough and expectoration.
