橘半枳术丸加味治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染胃肠积热型临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药橘半枳术丸加味治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染胃肠积热型的临床疗效。方法将120例小儿反复呼吸道感染胃肠积热型患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,各60例,治疗组以橘半枳术丸加味治疗,对照组服用脾氨肽口服液治疗,2组均以12周为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后观察1年内呼吸道疾病发生的次数、治疗前后呼吸道感染症状持续时间及中医证候疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为71.67%,对照组为36.67%,2组经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前后呼吸道感染次数及症状持续时间比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候量化积分疗效也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论橘半枳术丸加味治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染胃肠积热型,可减少患儿反复呼吸道感染次数,缩短呼吸道感染症状持续时间,改善中医临床证候,且健康饮食宣教在治疗中尤为重要,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of modified Juban Zhizhu Pills in treating of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection of accumulated heat in stomach and intestine syndrome.Methods Children with recurrent respiratory tract infection of accumulated heat in stomach and intestine syndrome were randomly divided into therapy group and control group with 60 cases in each.The control group was given Pi’antai Oral Solution,while the therapy group was given modified Juban Zhizhu Pills as the main prescription.After treated for 12 weeks,the onset frequency and lasted time of respiratory tract infection and TCM efficacy in two groups during 1 year were observed.Results The total effective rate in therapy group was 71.67%,much higher than 36.67% in control group with significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）; the onset frequency and lasted time of respiratory tract infection in therapy group were less than that in control group with significant differences（ P〈0.05）; and TCM efficacy in therapy group was better than that in control group with significant differences（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Modified Juban Zhizhu Pills in treating of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection of accumulated heat in stomach and intestine syndrome has a significant effect on reduction of onset frequency and lasted time,improvement of TCM efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
