摘  要:采用有限元法对核电站用背压调节阀进行结构抗震计算与分析。介绍了结构的力学建模过程,静态载荷、地震载荷的组合和使用限制,计算得到了结构固有频率、振型和地震载荷下的响应。根据相关规范对背压调节阀结构在重力、内压、地震等多种载荷组合情况下的应力进行评定和强度校核,结果表明,结构强度满足要求。Finite Element Method was used to calculate and analyze the structure aseismicity of back pressure regulating valve of nuclear power station. The mechanical modeling process of the structure, the combination of static load, earthquake load and operating restrictions of the structure were introduced. The response of the structure at natural frequency, vibration mode and earthquake load was obtained by calculation. The stress of back pressure regulating valve under various load combinations such as gravity, internal pressure and earthquake was evaluated according to the relevant norms and its strength was checked. The results show that the structural strength can satisfy the requirements.
