摘  要:依据钻井平台锂电池充电的通用需求,研发了一种平台通用在线程控锂离子电池充电设备,对设备整体方案、充电单元硬件和程控软件进行详细描叙。设计了远程设置、FIMV和FVMI便捷切换模式,可全程在线监控充电过程,并通过对锂离子电池组的充电试验数据分析,能为充电提供最佳设置参数,具备较高的可靠性、可集成性和应用扩展性。To meet the general requirements of lithium battery charging in drilling platform, a common - use online program control lithium battery charge device was researched and developed. The overall plan of this device, the hardware of charging unit and the program control software were introduced in detail. Besides, the remote setting mode as well as the FIMV and FVMI switching mode were designed to monitor online the whole charging process. By analyzing the data acquired from the experiment of charging the lithium battery pack, the optimum parameters could be chosen for the charging process. It proves that the device is reliable, integrated- possible, and worth applying.
