脲醛呋喃树脂的合成及反应过程的FT-IR研究

摘  要:以F(甲醛)、U(尿素)和糠醇为主要原料,合成了脲醛呋喃树脂,并且采用FT-IR(红外光谱)法对其结构、合成机制和固化机制进行了探讨。研究结果表明:加成反应阶段主要生成二羟甲基脲,聚合反应阶段主要生成糠醇与二羟甲基脲的聚合物;酸固化过程以缩合反应为主,并且伴随着呋喃环的破裂交联、酰胺的交联等反应;合成脲醛呋喃树脂的最佳工艺条件是m(U)∶m(F)=1.0∶1.2、加成反应阶段pH=9、缩聚反应阶段pH=5和U的滴加时间为45 min。With F (formaldehyde), U (urea) and furfuralcohol as main raw materials, an urea-formaldehyde furan resin was synthesized, and its structure, synthesis mechanism, and curing mechanism were discussed by FT-IR (infrared spectroscopy). The research results showed that the dimethylolurea was mainly generated at the polyaddition stage, the polymer of furfuralcohol-dimethylolurea was mainly generated at the polymerization stage. The polycondensation was main in acid curing process, also accompanied by crosslinkings of furan rings rupture or amide. The optimal process conditions of synthesizing urea-formaldehyde furan resin were obtained when mass ratio of m (U) :m (F) was 1.0: 1.2, pH values at polyaddition stage or polycondensation stage were 9 or 5, and U' S dropping time was 45 min.
